Increase Price - It is much easier to grow a pet brand when your COGS are 40% instead of 60%. Increasing your price on the product is sometimes a requirement on DTC.
A 'Perfect Pet Brand'
- 25% Cost of Goods Sold
- 25% Operating Expense
- 25% Ad Spend
- 25% Profit
Alternatively, you can lower your COGS by negotiating with your suppliers or you need to upsell a backend product to increase your profit on the same traffic.
Get Paid Faster - Create long form content or ad videos that can turn a complete stranger into a customer. It will shorten the sales cycle.
Increase Conversion Rate - Use a proven framework. VSLs, Listicles, Dial in your message. Have a grand slam offer.
